By booking a boat with us you agree to these terms.
Rental agreement
The renter signs a rental agreement and liability waiver at check-in and is responsible for the boat, its passengers and its safe operation for the whole rental period.
Damage and deposit
A refundable deposit of up to $600 is held on your card. Damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning or late return may be charged against it.
Operating area
Boats must stay inside the approved area described on the Policies & Procedures page.
Right to refuse
We may refuse or end a rental if the driver appears impaired, if weather is unsafe, or if rules are not followed.
