We know plans change. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.
Standard bookings
Cancel at least 24 hours before your rental start time for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours are not refundable, but we will try to move your date if a boat is free.
Holiday bookings
For Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and other holiday weekends, cancel at least 72 hours ahead for a full refund.
Weather
If the National Weather Service issues a Small Craft Advisory for your rental time, or we decide conditions are unsafe, you get a full refund or a new date. Light rain alone is not a reason for a refund.
